Lazy Fanny Chim Chim....

I didnt know what topic this would have been in, so I just figured I'd ask the question here...

Chimi has been keeping both of his huge ears erect ever since I had gotten him. He is now five months old, and one of them keeps on flopping down!!!

Any explaination for this? Any way I can get his ear to stand back up again? I know how to and all about pinning and taping ears, but I dont think Chimi is going to tolerate that at all. Should I just leave it alone? ACK!!! I just want it to stand back up again!

Mia, teething is what I have heard that causes this.  I went through this with Binks and started taping his ears.  If I would have known this, I would not have went through the trouble of taping his ears and ripping all the hair off!!  So don't worry, here in about 5 months things should get back to normal.

Ohhhh! Thanks so much guys! LOL. I was hoping that it would be somthing simple like that, and that Chimi's ear wouldnt hang down all the time like my crested's ear. Awesome.

Thanks guys! You are all so smart!! I will pray for those teeth to work out their own stuff!

Mia, I had the same problem with Rufus. His ears are nice and erect now, but I'm not sure if he's finnished teething. I figure he'll have a floppy ear again at some point. I think he's adorable either way!

Oh when Chimi's sleepy they flop over... but they always went back up. I'm sooooo glad that the one ear will go back up though. LOL.
