Alright, my biggest hobby at the moment is home made doggie treats! (Lucky Chimi!)
I already have a lot of recipes that I've found onlilne, and I just love to make little doggie canolis and croisants and cupcakes, and biscuits, and muffins... and any other dog treat that could resemble human food! I like to make them all human grade (my boyfriend loves the doggy peanut butter cookies ) and I also like to make them cute and glitzy looking. To be exact, most of my dog treats come out a lot better looking than the things I make for other humans!
Chimi really really loves the cookies and sweets better than the stews or dinners that I make for him... but does anyone else get into this stuff the way I do?
I love to cook, so you would think that I would do the same for my doggies. Maybe I should. It sounds like it would be fun, and I know the dogs would love it!!! I don't think it is crazy, at least you know what is in their food! I may have to take a looksie at said recipes and see if there is anything I can whip up for my clan!
Thanks Deb... I've got some issues with it though. I tend to cook for Chimi more than I want to cook for myself or other folks! LOL. I never really minded eating out of a can though... but if I've got people over or something, I do love cooking for people as well...
This dog treat thing has come in handy for Chimi's horrible begging too. He get's a puppy canoli everytime I eat, that way he gets a little something for him, and I get my food!
