Mia is a Yorkshire Terrier/Toy Poodle cross. She was a gift from my boyfriend 2 years ago. Mia is probably the smartest dog I have ever known. She learns extremely quickly and seems to understand 99% of what we say to her. She is very protective of my 2 children (actually kids in general), myself and my other 2 dogs. She is very affectionate and is her happiest when she is being held. Because Mia is such a good dog it has made training my Chis a breeze since they tend to follow her lead. Oh yeah-the pics!

Oh I love that last pic, it's sooo sweet! Mia is such a cute little dog, she has the loveliest little face! The second picture of her is the nicest, I love the bows in her ears!
It certainly does make the world of difference if you have a well trained dog when you have other puppy youngsters doesn't it?! I think Ellie will be teaching whatever other young dog I bring into the house bad tricks and habits!
Oh Stephanie, Mia is just adorable... Poodles are very smart dogs... I had poodles for 17 years.. from the time I was 16 till I was 33. Mine too were also very protective..Great pics of the girls..

Hey Stephanie. Mia looks like a stuffed bear! She seems so happy. I love that second to the last pic of the child holding her, she is smiling so pretty! I do agree about the intelligence, they are scarey smart.
