Yep, another Luxating Patella. Poor Billy. He's been through so much in his two years. His eyes did not fully develope in the womb, so we had them removed last year. Then last month, he was limping and hobbling around on three legs. So off to the vet we go, and sure enough, it's his knee, slipping out and staying out.
If anyone has any doubts about the magnitude of complications that BYB's and Puppymills bring to this world, just come over to my house. It's a "poster" house of the heartache we indure as the result of poor breeding.
Here's my little Billy Boy. He's doing well, but misses playing with his big brother, Henry.

Billy had his pain patch removed and is now on anti-inflammatory meds. His stitches will be taken out on Friday. He is such a little pistol. I let him "out" of his bedroom so he could get some sort of exercise, and the first thing he did was rip after Henry. Henry is HUGE. I have no idea what he is mixed with, but he is the oddest looking, 15-pound Maltese, I've ever seen. So picture this. Henry got his ass kicked by a 7-pound, blind, crippled boy ~ LOL ~ Poor Henry was a bit embarassed. He reminds me of an old, burned-out, hippy. I believe he was a "Dead" follower, back in his day ~ LOL
