I know I posted this in the other forum, but I really like The Upside of Anger.  I LOVE Identity with John Cusak.  That is one movie ya have to really watch.

Crash is another one I love to watch as well.

Identity is great!!!!

Watched A History of Violence.... I am not sure how that got 3 stars.  It was ok, just the movie was not all the surprising to me.

Also watched Wolf Creek, that was a better movie to me with 2 stars.  (Dish rating guide)  Pretty gory!!

Haven't yet seen Derailed, The Upside of Anger, Identity, History of Violence, or Wolf Creek, but I thought Crash was very good as well.  And for some reason I love John Cusak!  There's something very watchable about him.  Have you guys seen High Fidelity?

I have seen High Fidelity.... that is a pretty good flick.  I like John Cusak, easy on the eyes.  I like just about any movie with Joan Cusak as well... she is a hoot to watch.

I watched Just Like Heaven last night, that was really a sweet movie!!

Jess... you don't want to watch Wolf Creek.... scary/gory stuff!!!

We went and watchs Flags of our Fathers yesterday.  It was a very interesting story about the raising on the flag at Iwo Jima. Based on the true story of that flag.  We liked it alot.  Very interesting, but not as much as I thought it would be.  I would wait for the dvd unless you are going to the matinee and don't pay full price for a movie.

I watched Shopgirl last night..... ho hum.....

Newf, I could not tell you the last time I went to the movies.... many many years ago!!!  So as a result, I am always behind the times on seeing movies.  I don't even buy or rent dvd... don't even have a dvd player!!!  I just wait for them to show up on the movie channels.

I saw the new Posideon movie yesterday.  It was pretty cool.  I ordered it on PPV.  I love ships and movies relating to them, especially movies of them sinking.  I will probably end up buying this one.

I so love going to the cinema!  It's just the whole experience; the big screen, the people, and of course, the popcorn!  I adore popcorn!    For me, even seeing a rubbish film is fun because it's at the cinema!  I always have such a laugh!  Plus, there is this little coktail place right next to it and I love ****tails so that is always a plus!

The last time I remember going to the movies, some punks were sitting behinds us kicking the chair the whole time.  I should have spoke the the manager about them, but it took everything I had to keep from reaching over and beating the living tar out of them.  Plus the sound is turned up so loud, I end up with headaches.  Now if they would bring back the drive in movies.... I would love that!!!  Those were the good times!!!

I've not seen Prime, would you recommend it Sattie?  Remembering I am a total whimp!

I saw 'Brokeback Mountain' too, and thought it brilliant!  It was so very touching, and true.  I hope to buy it at some point.  I also have, and love, 'The Notebook'!  I must've watched it five times in the last year I reckon!  I even made James watch it once, the poor guy!  When I asked if he liked it he told me he liked watching me watch it!

Ok, here are some movies I have seen recently:

Breakfast on Pluto - Strange movie with Cilian Murphy... very strange, but I liked it.

BloodRayne - Don't bother... as cheesy as they get!

When a Stranger Calls - That was pretty good!!!

There are some more, but I can't think of them... but will add them when I do!

Watched Da Vinci Code over the weekend, it was very good.  I watched the new Bond movie, Casino Royale and I enjoyed that as well.  If you like the Bond movies, you'll like this one!
