Oh gosh! I don't like to relive that moment but here goes.
My parents rented a lake house for the weekend and we brought Harley down to just put his feet in the water from the shore. And he had fun, we put him in the water a little and he'd swim back. Then we were on the dock and i had this feeling He was going to fall in. But Evan (my fiance) kept telling me that he wouldn't jump and he was fine. I kept picking him up cause i was scared and he kept telling me to put him down. And he was chewing on this carpet that was on the edge of the dock and i was just watching him thinking if he fell off the back there wouldn't be anywhere for him to swim to except under the dock then i knew he would have not been able to swim that long and he;d go under, then suddenly WHAT DO YA KNOW he fell off the back (it was kind of a high dropp off)and i SCREAMED and Evan had to reach down and grab him!! Harley was scared and shaking. His little head was just bobbing above the water! It was the worst feeling EVER! I was terrified and immediatly took him back to the house.
I bet you wanted to slap Evan on the back of the head huh????? They never listen to us ladies???? Why is that? Poor little Harley... that had to be spooky for the little guy! I know how something like that will get your heart to racing!!!! Glad he is ok now.
Poor little Harley! He must have been sooo scared. I bet you he will stay away from the water from now on. I just thank god that you were able to snatch him bakc up right away!
Im glad hes ok now, he just needs alot of moms love!
WOW! gald to hear he was alright! phew! when ever chicos comes to the lake with us, he sits in my folding chair while i swim and gets to paddle around the shallow shore in momma's hands for a bit but never goes into the deep.

awww..poor Harley. That IS a very bad scare for you both. And men wonder why we tell them things like that. They just don't get that we have Mom instincts that tell us when things aren't safe. I'm glad he was ok:)
