Hi!   I am the proud owner of two chi's, Izzy and Pepito.  Izzy is 6 months old and weighs near 5lbs.  Izzy is shy and very sweet, but true to all chi's she barks up a storm when she sees or hears something she is unfamiliar with.  Problem being is that she then hastily retreats to under the bed.  She also does that when I call her.  I have to sit on the bed and wait until she comes out and sits.  I would like her to be a little less timid.  Pepito is about 7 years old and Izzy's best friend.  In his eyes she can do no wrong and boy does she pester him.  Pepito is more serious, but if he doesn't know you, watch out for the ankle bite!  They are both socialized so I wonder if it is just their personality.   Anyway its a pleasure to meet all of you Chi lovers!   Pepito is white and Izzy is white, brown, and yellow.  They are both apple head Chi's.  By the way are your Chi's picky eaters.  I have gone through every dog food imaginable and resorted to cooking for them.


The third dog is my resident mutt Tribilin.  He is old and Izzy drives him insane.  She is persistent and when ever she can she either steals his toy or jumps all over him to play.  Needless to say Izzy is like an annoying fly in his soup!
