YAY! A clean bill...

So we took the puppies to the vet today for the first time. Like I had mentioned earlier I had a few concerns about chalupa's health so I was sure wat to expect at the vets.
Anyways so we got there and clocked in, met the vet (she was very very friendly, me and the dogs took a likeing to her right away, shes a great vet).
First up on the table was Chalupa. I voiced my concerns(coughing, sneezing, scooting around on her butt, and this morning a drop of blood after eliminating). Well the vet checked everything out and said shes perfectly healthy. Chalupa was very cooperative and warmed up to the vet right away. She only gave us a tad bit of trouble (yipping and stuggling) when she was given her shot, otherwise all went well. The vet said the caughing is a bit of reverse sneeze and a slightly small trachea whcih she should grow out of. No knee, teeth, or any other problems. Her current weight is 2lbs 6ounces.
Second up was Ayvee. I had no health concerns for her and the vet just renforced my confidence in her health. She two is a completly healthy puppy. She was so cooperative with the vet, and didnt move or make a peep when she got her shot. Her current weight is 3lbs 3ounces. The vet did say however we should watch her weight cause shes a tad heavy but nothing to worry about. Oh and I asked why her ears hadnt stood up yet and she said that they might, orrrr they might stay flopped over (personally I wouldnt mind the latterbiggrin).
All in all the vet said she was actually quite impressed with their health because Chis usually have some sort of health problem but neither of our girls do, but neither of the girls have anything to worry about.
So it was a great vet visit.
Oh and we also discovered today the both Ayvee and Chalupa have the same birthday even tho they are from different breeders. Currently they are 12weeks old today!

That is great news, it is always nice to have a vet to reassure you when you have a concern. I am glad to hear that your girls are healthy pups and now the fun begins :)
