I know some ppl do have the dew claws removed at a very young age, but I don't know about whether or not you can have it done when they are older. I have heard stories about how they remove them, and in my opinion it sounds cruel, and I would rather have to clip them with the rest of hte nails. (which as what I do :)
A lot of breeders remove Dew Claws a few days after birth and I think that having them removed later on is a bit more difficult. I'd imgine it'd be a general anaesthetic job and probably not worth it. If clipping Corona's nails isn't a problem (some dogs HATE it!) then I'd just clip that one too.
