Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God! My sister in law is having her c-section today and I CANT take the tension! She was scheduled in for this morning and it is now 4:00pm and no word! ARGH!!! I'm quite litterally hopping up and down on the spot I'm so full of nervous energy! This is my first neice, I am sooooo excited! Usually I would've slept until now but when I get excited I cant sleep and get very 'jumpy and squealy', if you know what I mean?!
Oh well, in my desperate attempt to take my mind off the baby stuff I have been doing wedding research and have found personalised fortune cookies as wedding favours! How cool is that?!
Anyway, I do hope my head doesn't implode over this, I feel it just might!
Heehee, I know exactly what you are talking about!! In grade 9, my aunt was scheduled for a c-section first thing in the morning, so I spent the night at her house, and got a ride to the hospital with my cousin so I could be there when my new baby cousin was born! Babies are so awesome, and I am sure you are going to make a wonderful Auntie, and spoil her rotten!! Good Luck with the waiting, and congrats to you and your family Jess! The fortune cookies sound like a great idea too, wedding planning is so much fun, are you planning on having Miss Ellie in the wedding also? Keep us updated on your little neice, we need all the details!!
Eleanor Catherine Gardner was born at 12:02pm weighing 6lb 14oz. I got the news at 4:30pm. Her Dad (James' brother) said he had no idea 4 hours had passed! He must be smitten! lol
They sent us a photo but I'll have to post it tomorrow; she's BEAUTIFUL! I cant believe I'm a Aunt!!!
Congrats Jess, I am very excited for you!!! So, you left the hospital long enough to finally post the news?? LOL! I am sure you will be such a great Auntie!!
My apologies Jess, I missed this post. Congrats sweetie!!! I know that it had to be nerve racking and a joy all at the same time. Auntie Jess!!! Sounds cute!
