Does anybody know how much it costs to register a pup in Canada, (with CKC) I have checked out the web site, but it is a bit confusing, and I have heard conflicting amounts from different ppl. (from $100ish-$1000ish)
I cant help you either I'm afraid, but I am just as shocked as Deb as the cost to register in the UK ranges from as little as £10 ($20ish) to about £50 ($25ish) I suppose. I always go for the £10 one.
Thanks girls, I could have been completely wrong about the prices, but that is just what I have been told by different ppl. hen when I looked into it on the website, it was a little confusing, one cost for becoming a member, another for registering a litter (one member price, another non-member price), one for registering each individual puppy, and another for transferring a puppy to a new owner. And many more that were mixed in with those prices. But a friend of mine bought a pup as a pet, unregistered for $900 cdn said that they would register it for her,but it would up the price to close to $2000! (Maybe there was a misunderstanding, because she didn't really care if it was registered or not, so she may not have been paying full attn?) I'll keep looking around.
