I'm not sure if anyone here even knows this, I don't think I've shared it... but I'm moving from BC to Edmonton next weekend. I had, of course, intended to take Corona with me, but that changed today.
My dad is also going to be leaving next weekend, going to Alberta to work for a month or so, which will leave my mum at home all alone. She had been feeling REALLY upset about that ever since my dad mentioned it, so... today I offered for her to keep Corona so she won't be alone. I'm not entirely sure when I'll get to have her with me again, perhaps by August... it will be VERY hard to leave her, but it will be a big help to my mum, I'm sure, and will also hopefully reduce Corona's stress, as by the time I get her, I will be settled into my new place and routine.
Well Stacey, it sounds like it will work out best for everyone all around, and I am sure it will make your move easier on you, your mom and Corona, though I am sure that you will miss Corona like mad! Good luck with your move!
Wow Stacey, what a tough decision for you. But your baby will be safe with your Mom I am sure of it. I can't even begin to imagine how much you'll miss Corona. Good luck with you move and I will hope for you that you won't be seperated for too long.
What a wonderful gesture Stacey, I don't know that I could do it, but I definately understand the intention behind it all. I do hope it all works out that Corona can come home to you!!!
Well... it's probably for the best that my little girl didn't join me on the initial trip out here, this past week has been absolutely nuts, I havent even been at the house in Edmonton for more than a few hours.
However.... Corona will be coming to stay with me this coming weekend. It's going to be tricky fitting her in here, but we'll make it work!
