okay so being the queen or research LOL I came across this list of un-ethical breeders and scammers, please keep in mind, that there are some "crazies" out there who will report some breeders for some things that are the fault of the puppy buyer, and do your own further research to determine if you would deal with any of these people, if your looking for a chi, but this is a list of people who have had reports on them.....
Visit www.ripoffreport.com  type in chihuahua and search
you'll be surprized what "huge" show name is on there, and what you'll find googling his (disbarred) name.

Yes I wanted one of his for a long time, and it just wasn't worth it, any good show of breed he keeps, and very few people get what they paid for. : (
Funny, that he is still a top name in show.
