Thanks for clear'in that up, she had hers done in another province so maybe that's it. We're lucky we don't have to do it here, bats are about the only carriers out here, or at least that's what my vet says, I though raccoons were carrierstoo??  we only do it when we have to... if we're crossing the border with them, or plan on camping with them. I could see Fangadang causing a rucous with a bat! hahaha
