I just thought I'd show off a couple pics of my other four-legged children. I've owned miniature horses since I was 16 and have had six of them over the years, though now I am down to just two and sadly they are for sale as well. :(
The black is my 7 year old gelding Maj, he is the first horse I bought when I was 15. The buckskin is my 10 year old mare, Sitka. I love showing the minis, but it's an awfully expensive event so I don't get to do as much as I'd like to. Anyway... here's a couple pics!
Stacey.. I am trying to figure out a strategy to convince my hubby why having a mini would be a good thing. If anyone has any ideas.. let me know.. heheh
Stacey I just adore your little horses!!! I am sorry that you are gonna have to sell them... I had a friend (who has passed away now) that raised mini donkeys and they were adorable.. Followed you around like a puppy... She had one that would come right on into the house if you didn't watch out..lol She was a great animal lady.. Raised all kinds of tropical birds in avaries, adopted a wild mustang, rescued a mule that had been abused, had peahens, pea****s, and the miniature donkeys.. I loved going to her place! She also had two chis!! Deb

I really miss having a horse right now. I had to sell my mare, Floss, when I got ill 8 years ago but I've recently spent a little time with my Mum's Arab and it just makes me realise how much I miss being around horses. Floss was bigger than your little ones Stacey, a Thororgh Bred x Welsh Section D but I bet they have the same gorgeous horsey smell! lol I just love it!
